The Orange Hut of Cartago

For some reason, along Highway 395, there's a orange hut like building in Cartago. It has fake bright green cacti outside it and a large metal dinosaur skeleton to the right. The building next door additionally has a giant ant on its roof. It has also been described as a lemon, and not an orange.
Rumored to once have been potentially a Jerky Shop, more recently it was reported by my friend, Eric, that it is was a lemonade stand the last time he passed by. If anyone knows more of its history, we'd love to know!
